For Triathlon plans, you will need to be on Garmin Connect using a computer (you cannot find it using the app on your phone). Navigate to the menu option on the left and select Training and Planning > Garmin Coach Plans. You will need to select "Browse All Plans" from the next screen, and then Triathlon.
