Load Focus messed up...

Looks like something got really bad in 21.20.

On sunday i had a light run. The first with the 21.20. The days before i only had Row-Erg trainings as usual. lactate threshold did not change with this run, i checked this - so the main parameters seems to be unchanged.

Max HR is set to 182 in my FR.

Monday i had a Row-Erg training in the low aerobic range. Max HR 138, average HR 124. Way below the lactate threshold of 162.

BUT: the FR tracked this as an anaerobic training with around 5 times the load that similar trainings gave before. So my whole training week statistic (and upcoming planning based on this) is messed up and useless.

I've checked the recorded HRV-Values with the statistic tools in runalyze and it is in the same range as in similar trainings, so extreme HRV-values can be excluded from the list of reasons.
HRM is always an external Polar H10.

Anybody with similar observations? (maybe the new lactate threshold mechanism messed up something? Or something completely different?)

  • Strange, I have not seen that since I updated ( I think I was in the first phase of updaters, last thursday).  Looking over my last week, I don't see anything strange as far as load or training effect values.  Except today when I got tempo for easy run... but thats cuz my Coros HR band was giving very high values for first 10minutes of run :-/  lol
