Heart rate sensor irritates skin

Hi, my 965 HR sensor irritates my skin if I wear it all day. I wear it loosely and switch wrists but I can only wear it about 7 or 8 hours each day. I wash the watch every day and after each use but the irritation continues. Has anyone found a cover that allows the sensor to work but acts as a layer between the watch and skin?

    We are sorry to hear about the issue you are reporting. The skin irritation may be a result of build-up on the watch band and/or casing. You should discontinue wearing your watch until your skin has healed.
