Connecting earphones not working

Hi All, Hope you are well!

I have tried connecting three different types of music devices, the Galaxy Buds Pro, Sound Core Space One headphones and a JBL Go 3 speaker to my Forerunner 965 and it does not see the hardware at all. My son has the Forerunner 265 music and he can connect to all three. I am on the Beta Program software version 21.19. Any advice please? Will be so much appreciated!

Have y tried to disable the bluetoth on y phone and the try to connect the buds pro to garmin 965? worked for me..

Have y tried to diable the bluetooth on your phone, and then connect the buds pro to y garmin 965?, worked for med..(had same problem)

I eventually switched my phone off, stood outside away from all Bluetooth devices and managed to get it working. Worked through a whole list of things that was suggested on beta software platform, so not sure which step worked, but I think it is the one you suggested above!! Thanks!!
