No Update to 21.19 possible

Can someone help me?
I can't update my new Forerunner 965. Would like to go from 19.18 to 21.19.
I tried it with the watch itself (WLAN), with the APP Connect and with Garmin Express (W11). Update is loaded onto the watch and then the watch says
"Checking update" and then "RESTART..." and then it stops. If I press the light button for 30 seconds,
the clock shuts down and after switching on I'm back to the old version.

Ich kann meine neue Forerunner 965 nicht updaten. Möchte von 19.18 auf 21.19 gehen.
Habe es mit der Uhr selbst (WLAN), mit der APP Connect und mit Garmin Express (W11) probiert.
Update wird auf die Uhr geladen und dann sagt die Uhr "Prüfung Update" und dann "NEUSTART..."
und dann passiert nicht mehr. Drücke ich die Light-Taste 30 Sekunden, dann fährt die Uhr runter
und nach dem Einschalten bin ich wieder auf der alten Version.

    Have you waited long enough? The entire update takes about 8 minutes. The update check takes a very long time. So it…

    go system - software update- check for updates...if the watch detect new firmware click yes to update, before this check if your watch have sufficient battery, no touch in any button only if is required, after all process reboot the watch and next go to system -software update-check for updates if detect anything click yes, at final reboot your watch again.

    this process is what I make with mine and is ok, if you make this way do not connect with app or express, make everything on watch with wifi.
