I was inline skating today, which i do a couple of times every week, but today my Forerunner 965 speed and distance were completely wrong.
First i noticed that the distance was increasing way faster than expected , which led me to checking the watch more often, and all of a sudden it reported that i was doing 60 km/h , indoors :-o
I was doing 12 km/h at the most at that point.
i then stopped the activity with "resume later" and turned off the watch, turned it on again and resumed the activity , the problem persisted
the speed wasn't consistently a multiple of the actual speed, sometimes the speed seemed right, but then the speed reported would suddenly go wild.
i have never seen it act like that, neither outdoors nor indoors. and i have skated a 3000+ km with it

i was using the built in Inline skating activity, set to outdoor, which previously has yielded the best result, also in the hall i was skating in today.
It was last observed working correctly 2024 December 1st , but today December 7th it definitely wasn't working correctly, and during this week i was prompted to upgrade , which i did
