for the past 3 weeks or so it seems like sleep tracking has been particularly awful. multiple nights where it would say I was awake for an hour or more in the middle of the night, wildly off on times for either going to bed or waking up, and then today I took about an hour nap which the watch just missed completely. it used to be on bad nights my sleep score was in the 50s, but now I'm struggling to break 50 any night and have had multiple sleep scores in the 20s and 30s. I upgraded to 21.19 on Tuesday, but if anything it got worse after that. has anyone else experienced a sharp decline in sleep tracking lately?
