I can't see the icons or the selection in the menu

Hi, I bought the device and after upgrading to version 20.32 i do not see the menu icons or highlight the selection in which I am. Before the update it worked correctly. I have factort reset it form and it still works the same. Aprreciate your help

Maybe try the 21.xx Beta (which is already at RC stage) and see if a new update helps?

Garmin calls every beta version a release candidate, so that says nothing. Also, if I see how many bugs users report by just using their wach, I have my professional doubts about the seriousness of garmins quality control if they think it’s release worthy.

Also, don’t get your hopes on, this is fixed in the beta. Someone already reported having this behavior with a resent beta.
