Problems after updates... no sleep detection, no naps detection, no HRV data during sleep, increased battery consumption, strange altitude data, strange HR data....
With these 5 steps/procedures, I solved almost all the problems that appeared after the update to 20.21... 20.32.
1. I made a full backup of the watch
2. I made "delete all data and reset the watch"
3. Restore all data from backup
4. set the sleeping window from 1:00 am to 9:00 am
5. I have to reinstal all my instaled watchfaces and programs
