Barometer Trend Arrow Stays Horizontal on watch face

I have noticed that the arrow in the atmospheric pressure on the watch face and the ABC App always remains horizontal, despite continuous improvements in atmospheric pressure over the past 24 hours.

I use the latest version of the watch (20.32), which correctly records atmospheric pressure; the issue appears to be solely with the arrow. I reset the watch and the issue persists.

Do you also have that same issue?

  • Yep, mine has never ever shown anything other than horizontal, despite a year of changing weather and travel. Worked on my F6pro

  • Also broken on my 955 and I've seen reports across 255/265/Fenix7 etc forums for the last couple years reporting the same.

Presumably Garmin don't see it as a serious enough problem to bother with and to be honest, it wouldn't be super high up my list of priorities but the lack of attention to detail is a little concerning. I wouldn't think it would be that hard for them to fix if it has worked before.

I believe there are 3rd party barometer apps and watch faces that do work if it's something you need.

  • Make an issue in the bug reports sec section as the community discussion technically doesn't get used for bug reports by Garmin
