Altimeter bug: flat line in the first few minutes activity

Hello everyone, lately I have noticed a bug in the altimeter that causes it to write a flat line during the first part of activity and then return after a few minutes to detect correctly. I think it's a bug because it doesn't happen all the time but only sometimes. Is there any trick to avoid this? Like restarting the device before the activity or something else? Thanks

    To my mind, the flat line actually means that there no measurement took place during the activity. Somehow your watch started measurement for the last bit of your activity.  

    I have a similar experience once in a while like today where no measurement took place at all until the end of the activity. It also results in a flat line indicating "0" with an arrow up and down. My FR965 is on 20.32 and I wonder what the issue is and how it could be solved.
