Screen sometimes hangs between glances

I reported this over and over again but so far garmin ignores it completely. Garmin-Sierra is this bug properly reported in garmins internal bug tracking system?

Sometimes my screen hangs between glances. See picture. This behavior is at least reported since 17.xx

I never felt this issue/bug on my 965.

I already reported more examples in the past. And with 20.31 it still occurs
