I upgraded to 20.31 this afternoon. During the next run I got an incident detected (for no obvious reason). Then an hour later while walking home I got a push notification on the android Garmin connect about an incident detected. As I clicked on the push notification it opened Garmin connect, but also pushed the same notification again and again (at least 10 times) until I had enough and killed Garmin connect.
