Problems wir Amazon Prime Music

Since the update, I seem to have had a problem with Amazon Prime Music from the IQ Store. After synchronisation, all playlists have suddenly disappeared from the watch. When searching, no new playlists are displayed. Only my purchased tracks are displayed and can be downloaded to the watch. If you look at the comments in the IQ Store, I'm obviously not the only one with this problem. Reinstalling the app, logging in and out again in all the apps involved have not been successful. Does anyone recognise this problem and have any ideas?
