My 965 has increased battery consumption after 20.26 update. Is a further update planned to overcome this annoying issue?

Garmin-Jimmy please give us the same as Fenix 8, an update which fixes this battery bug. This was reported a lot of times during beta, the highest voted bug, but not even a single acknowledge from Garmin…
Have the same issue - 6% during the night. - vs 2% it was
and it came to more than 10% over the day with NO activity.
Any ideas?) (on top to factory reset)
This was a beta bug, but for me 20.26 seems to be ok. Check if garmin share is turned off, it was one of the culprits, that it was default on with the v20.x.
Settings - connections - Garmin share
For your information Fenix 8 / Enduro 3 / Fenix E just received 11.64 with Battery Drain and Naps fixes.
Garmin-Sierra, Garmin yes you can, all FRx55/x65 are waiting for your feedback for a fix too

Really dissatisfied that my watch went from 2-3 weeks, down to 1-2 weeks. One thing is in the beta, but now you have enrolled this bug to all units, which is a shame to be honest… please react

version 20.29 might fix the problem. In the release notes it states that incident detection kept on after an activity. (that would probably kept the gps on)
That might explain why I don't find any extra battery usage with version 20.xx. I turned off accident detection long ago (since it doesn't work properly. Scaring my wife with a false alarm once is more than enough)
That sounds legit. Updating now
Waiting for update.
Is the official release or Beta-program?
Official, its at 20% currently

thanks, just mentioned it indeed online. Thanks !
My incident detection has never been configured (I don't have any contact associated), so I assume it has never been turned on, but, let's hope in 20.29.
Updated to 20.29 yesterday, but still had 5% baterry drain over night. I didn't do restart or factory reset after update.
Chart on Battery Graph application shows pretty much the same consumpsion before and after update.
Garmin share is disabled and emergency contacts are not set.
