Calendar Issue Persists in v 20.26

I just updated my Forerunner 965 to v 20.26 and I assumed based on the description that the calendar display error would be fixed. The issue is that full day events created via a third party calendar (Apple Calendar, Fantastical, etc.) are shown in the Calendar widget on the watch on the previous day. So I have an all day event on Sept 24 and on the watch it shows on Sept 23.

I am in Australia. Is this a timezone problem? In the release log it says "Fixed calendar display issues.” But this is not the case for me. Anyone else?

Yeah, it was reported already in the first 20.xx beta but never fixed.They are still looking in to it though.

For me that's a really old bug that was solved long time ago, but came back in 20.xx, so you're not alone:

Same here (I live in Poland). Seems like a regression in new software version as it was better (for a while) in previous release. To be honest this bug really tells a lot about Garmin and their software quality. They are not able to properly fix it since I bought FR965 soon after it was released.

Okay I see. It’s hard to track these issues, especially if they reoccur! If it’s in the Fenix 8 as well maybe it will get more attention?

This has been reported over and over again, but so far garmin refuses to fix it.

garmin is ‘investigating’. Yeh sure. If it takes so long to investigate a bug you are completely incompetent.

If it is a crash that is easy to reproduce or gadget bloggers start to write about it (like the varia failure) garmin might fix it. Otherwise they just ignore it and call that ‘investigating’.

There are so many bugs in the firmware and for so long. It’s just pathetic.
