Forerunner 965 during update stuck display

Hi , during one update my forerunner 965 stuck on mini - triangle display , i reboot this and now stuck all time in Garmin Loading maps...

Without the ability to do anything else

All who are experiencing this disruption, please answer the following:

If you force the watch off again by holding the upper left button down until the screen goes blank and then turn the watch back on, does the display still get stuck on "Loading maps"?
May we have permission to reach out via email if necessary?
In which country are you located?

1. yes i force the power off and after hard reset (factory settings) the watch powen on but freeze in main display(clock hour) and not responde

2. yes via email
