I frequently run or cycle before strength training. I use a heart rate sensor (previously an HRM-Pro, now a Polar H10) for the cardio activity, but don't wear it for the strength session. The sensor automatically connects, however, presumptively because of the residual sweat. With the HRM-Pro, it would register ~220bpm, and with the Polar H-10, it registers 0 bpm. In either case, my solution is to manually disconnect the sensor through the watch settings.
The problem is that I often forget to re-connect it at the start of my next ride/run. It would be great to have the option to temporarily disconnect a sensor, either for a preset period of time, or better yet for a single activity. I don't imagine this is a common complaint, but I can't be the only one.
