Notification settings for text and email

Is there anyway to only receive text message notifications on the watch and not emails?

So far I've only been able to receive both or nothing. I only want to see incoming texts.

Yes, it should allow a per app setting in the Garmin Connect app, can't remember exactly location. However when you receive a notification... you can click upper right button to see a menu for "Dismiss, Reply, Block App..." or similar for each notification. So when you get email... just scroll to block app. can undo from Garmin App.

Thank you. I tried what you mentioned but I don't see that option. The only option I get is "clear".

I haven't seen anything in iOS myself, one thing I may try is to go to the Notification settings on the Mail application(s) and disable the "Notification centre" Alert option , but then I guess it would also impact what is showing on the phone, but that may be a work around.

Thank you. I've been playing around with it and I belive you are correct.

I'm kind of surprised that you can't choose. For now I'll just deactivate email notifications on my phone.

Appel locks lots of functionality . Android users have many more features related the phone than us iOS users
