I just bought a Garmin 965, ditching a very nice Apple Watch. I'm trying to load music from ITunes (I do not need another music subscription such as Spotify). I've followed your instructions, and also followed several other people's instructions on your site and Garmin Express will not locate any of my music, MP4, M3U and every other file type your software will search. Nothing is found. What gives?! Can't Garmin just find my ITunes library?
