Is your bank on the Garmin supported list?
Yes it is. I've already had it working before but forgot the pin number. Went to reset it but there's no option to do this even though the garmin website says you can. So just decided to re-enter the card details but the app keeps throwing up an error every time you select the preloaded address details, you're force to select it, you can't just type in your full address details.
Tried adding the card again today, and it seemed to work fine this time, odd.
