HRV Gaps | The Solution?

Hello,

I want Garmin to check the HRV Gaps problem and if there is any corelation with this:

I didnt wear the watch for sleeping for  a while, so that the HRV Status was not availible.

If HRV Status was not avalible and i wore it during sleep, my HRV Gaps were gone  and the Measurement is, how it supposed to be, until my HRV Status appeard again.

See Pictures.

I was sleeping the same all the Nights with watch on the same arm.

Garmin, Could you please check if the Bug is afected by this Problem ?

  • There are several reports of HRV gaps during the night. / how many posts more need to be created for you guys to realize this is clearly a software issue?

  • not certain it is a software issue.  I've not had a single gap in my nightly HRV in the year that I've had the 965

  • Not sure what you talk about. Software issue doesn't mean it affects everyone. This is a software issue that might be affecting users with certain HRV or under special circumstances.

Example: DSW wasn't working properly on prior software version for Fenix and I never had an issue. So software issue doesn't mean it is affecting everyone.

    What is clear:

    - It is not a hardware issue: lot of people have watches replaced (including me) and it is still happening.

    - If you restart, you have clean readings for a couple of weeks, then back to the same.

    - It is affecting several models (epix, fenix, forerunner)

    - Cannot be attributed to sleeping patterns, since this wasn't happening for most before.
