Turn off the notification ‘Aren’t you sleeping yet’

Can anyone please tell me how you can turn off the notification ‘Aren’t you sleeping yet?’ I work different shifts, so it annoys me when I get this notification while I’m at work.

Every 965 does have this option.

I changed the language to English. So its:
