I restarted a few times, enabled and diaabled touch screen from options I even restarted with keeping music and data. Nothing helps. So there must be a big in the newest firmware. The only option which left is factory reset.
do you have any other means to resolve the issue ? It happened while receive morning report.
I managed to resolve it. A bit humidity under Chinese screen protector
I wiped it and it returned to work. Thanks!
After factory reset (you can try before as well) contact Garmin support, probably they'll exchange the device
