Tonight my 955 installed an update and the OHR no longer works. According to "about" the software version is 19.18
On the watch face, the display shows a solid heart with dashes. The green sensor lights on the back no longer illuminate. I've checked the HR widget, and the sensor is set to auto, with dynamic switching enabled.
Under software update > check for updates, it says that wifi is off, should I turn it on. If I select yes, I get the message that the battery is too low to connect to wifi. I have 57% battery, or 9 days, according to the watch face. According to the sensors and accessories menu, wifi is on, but the wifi symbol is gray with a slash through it. According to the phone app, wifi is on.
I've recycled the power twice, no change.
How can I fix this without factory reseting the watch and losing all my settings, HRV history, etc?
