though the Endurance Score metric appears to describe my long-term training progress quite well, I'm not relying on it to adjust my training.
However, one observation which made me laugh was that my score improved by somewhere between 10-50 points during some of last week's meditation sessions, which I generally log as Breathwork Activity (this is so the watch does not log it as sleeping hours). Is this just a bug or is there any reasonable explanation for this? I could only think of the algorithms factoring this in as accelerated recovery, but aside from that...?!
