HRV Average Night or Day?

Hi, can someone tell me if the HRV Status is Calculated from the last 7 Day or 7 Night average value? My last 3 nights i had a high (perfect range) hrv night value, but hrv widget shows "unvalanced" of 49.

How is the value of 49 calculated?
