Forerunner 965 Swim/meters

in the pool it works very well, sometimes however it starts to count the laps but at a certain point it stops.
The time continues, but the meters remain still.
Lap, and the time restarts but the meters still do not count, the only solution to restart it is to do a soft reset and everything goes back to normal, but it can happen that the next time this problem occurs again

I havent experienced that issue . Meters only count based on laps and thus the intensity of pushes when turning. If I focus well on that it seems to be reasonably accurate maybe missing 1 lap in 20.

No ok, the meters work it's like there is some bug in the software and every once in a while it will leak

Did you try do a reset to defaults of the Pool Swim App only and se if that helps. Get to this under Pool Swim App Settings

if i tried, this problem occurs randomly, it can happen twice in a row or after many swims

Then maybe there is an issue with the gyroscope in the watch, Contact Support

im having the same issue. its fine at first for a few lengths then it just stops recording meters . time continues but meters etc stops, is this a common problem
