Forerunner 965 not tracking sleep

My forerunner 965 stopped tracking sleep 5 days ago. I have shut off and restarted multiple times as well as re-paired. Anyone has any suggestions? TIA

Borrowing this thread because I have the same problem since two days and I don't have it in power save mode. I get heart rate, body battery, stress, hrv, continuously during the night but not sleep. I even get the morning report. Yes I checked the criteria, all met afaik. What's the next step? Factory reset?
