no HRV since update 19.18

The last two nights, I've gotten no overnight hrv and no sleep at all tracked although I've worn it the same as always. I've done a soft-reset.

the strange thing is that it only have registered the time since I was awake this morning, 11 minutes.

WHR is Wrist Heart Rate

If You go to the Heart Rate Widget , Go to the settings (top Left Button) , Check the status of it also, n case it is OFF

Garmin are unlikely to respond to an individual support request via the forum, you will be better to contact Support directly.

Did you update to 19.18 recently and is WHR working ok? Some users have had this completely fail following update.

Try perform a health snapshot to check the various sensors are working ok.

WHR is Wrist Heart Rate

If You go to the Heart Rate Widget , Go to the settings (top Left Button) , Check the status of it also, n case it is OFF

Health SnapShot , There is a Widget , add it and then you can start a Health Snapshot from that widget

Look in Sysytem / About and after about 7 pages look at the WHR FirmWAre version ..it must not be 0.0.0., or you need to call support . Mine is Version 16.01.02

Top right button within the Heart Rate widget? I didnt even realise there was a shortcut to the settings there, that’s handy!
