Automatically turn on bluetooth

Is there a way to tuen on BT automatically on a timer like an alarm? This would be so great to automatically sync in the morning say 7am, turn on for 2 mins then off, rather than having it on all the time wasting battery or having to manually turn it on.

    BLE connection use a remarkable low amount of energy, approximately 0.01 to 0.5 watts. The connection is not “live” and is often in various sleep modes. The battery savings would amount to almost nothing in the bigger picture.

    If I toggle BT currently my battery estimate goes from 19 to 14 days, so 25% less. I don't use or want notifications. I happy using it as a watch/tracker and syncing every week manually for 25% battery, which for me is nearly a week extra. Synchronised connections would be awesome for me.Even once an hour given  that they've broken the weather which used to last hours after sync and now only lasts 60 mins before clearing all weather data
