I have f965, I updated it to the new version 18.27. I turned off Pulse Ox and turned off allway display. I fully charged the battery last night and this morning it was at 58%. Does anyone have the same error?

I had a similar issue, and it was weird. I had changed an option on the watch, set the default setting for GPS to "auto select" I mean it was already set to that in the running options, but I decided to…
I have this same issue with my FR955
I havent changed a single setting and since the last update I’ve gone from charging once a week to losing at least 30% daily. Same usage pattern and settings…
Not ideal - so how do we go about solving or dealing with this battery drain issue? It's 100% not something that I've tweaked or changed, as my watch has remained unchanged for months now in terms of settings…
First they would need to admit there's a problem. So far they told me it's because I have too many CIQ items installed on the watch...
I'm actually envious of some of the posters here saying they have gone from 14-20 days between charges down to 7-10. Mine has been extreme, I've gone from consistently 3-4 days down to now 1-2.
I'd love to know the settings of those getting more than 7 days, so I can see what I might be doing wrong. I feel like I've tried everything, short of factory resetting the watch (which I wouldn't expect would fix anything).
I tried factory reset nothing fixed
I'm one of those that can run three weeks on a single charge if used only in "smartwatch mode" with no activities. (by actually using it for three weeks, not trusting any gauge after a day or two...)
Gesture controlled stock watch face, low brightness (works fine), notifications on, no spo2, power save during nights but with WHR activated. I have no music installed.
But what I think may matter the most is that I always quit GMC when not in use, since notifications work anyway (with an iPhone) I see no use in leaving it running. And automatic updates are disabled both in the watch and the Connect IQ app.
There was a period during some beta phase where it felt like it drained more after an activity when connected to my chest strap, but that seems to be gone now in 19.18
What about this fix described above where you connect to a desktop and delete the music folders? I don't have a desktop to use Garmin Express, so I can't try it myself.

Thanks - What do you mean by "Power save" during nights? I use sleep mode which turns the screen off, and only shows a red basic watch face if I happen to tap it to see. Not sure if that is the same as what you describe so I'm curious.
Sometimes at night (rare) I get a .1-.2% use rate, but most night's it's .5-1.5% per hour despite the above settings.
