Emergency Contact Number (Brazil)

I'm not able to add an emergency contact number here in Brazil.

When adding the phone number, the syntax looks perfectly correct: +55 51 99999-9999

+55 = country code
51 = city code
99999-9999 = 9 digits mobile number

After following the link sent to my contact, the Garmin page show the very same number but in a very wrong syntax: +555 199 999-9999

+551 = country code
198 = city code
490-9XXX = 7 digits mobile number

Does anyone face the same problem? Has anyone else encountered this problem before? Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

The difference is only graphic for your benefit: your phone and the telephone network will just ignore the spaces. If you ignore the spaces, the two notations become identical.
