Forerunner 965 dead after update

Hi Sierra,

Well I just had a message that my watch was updating after charging and when it hit 100% it went into update setting and is now completely dead.

The watch is now a paper weight! No screen no response to any button selection.

Urgent assistance required please.

have you tried hold light button 30 sec until the watch power off completely then power back on ?

Have you try to push the power button 30 s?

Hi Mirceaforce, yes tried all the reset options and no response. I contacted Garmin and they are investigating but at this stage as the watch is under 12 months I will be seeking a replacement or refund as I have had a lot of issues recently most of which seem constant on these forums.
