Hi to whomever can solve this,
Over the last while, I have been monitoring my HR manually, as I have not been able to trust my watch !! today it really irritated me, HR was 148 and my watch has me as 95-110 !!!!
This has been messing up my recovery times, and ability to rely on my watch. I can understand the watch having complications sure, but the HR is it's core purpose.
Any insights here, can anyone relate. What I did find was stopping my training, pausing the watch, waiting a bit .. then resume ... it would carry on for a while then do the same thing !!!
And then somedays !! it works !!
