Hiking App

Hi guys

I had always used the "Hiker" app on my Vivoactive HR for hiking. The big advantage of this app was that if you took a manual break and forgot to start again when you continued walking, the app reminded you to start recording again.
Now I have the Forerunner 965 and I miss this function.
Hence my question. Is it possible to configure the 'Hike' activity in this way? If not, does anyone know of an app that can do this?
I don't like the existing "Auto Pause" setting, as it always pauses immediately when you stop for a short time and not only when you pause for a little longer.

No unfortunately , that Vivoactive function is not active on the Forerunner and Fenix Epix et al.

That's a shame, I loved this function.

If the auto-pause function had a parameter to set a time after which the pause starts, that would also be a solution.

I can't imagine hikers wanting to start a pause immediately after stopping.
When hiking, you often stop to look around.
It's different when running, of course, but not when hiking.

Can a suggestion for improvement be submitted to Garmin somewhere?
