What is trend telling me in weather widget

In the weather widget there is a screen with a 12 hour trend, how do I read that screen? Yellow line is between 9 and 10 value? And from 4 till 8 there is rain expected?

Yellow Line is temp in degrees

Blue Bars = precipitation %

Well thats my assessment , labelling could be better

My first thought is was rain perception, but on several occasions that wasn't right.

It's a shame garmin spend time on this nonsense and ignores the many bugs in the firmware that needs fixing.
