Forerunner 965 probleme with GPS

Hi All,

I have 965 and SW 18.23

GPS version displayed as 0.00 I assume that due this error I have no received map track after each my training session

Can some one suggest how to fix probleme with GPS or manually reinstall firmware again by latest one 18.23

Did you try connect to Garmin Express on computer?

Did you try soft reset? Hold in power button until watch powers down completely , then restart.

I recall seeing other solutions noted in posts but couldn't find the one I was thinking of. MAybe this gice some ideas:

Alternatively contact support.

Thanks for feedback, but I did to restart several time. Most worring problem that GPS version 0.00 it just could fix by reinstall firmware....

Yes that’s the issue . I think you need support to guide you how to resolve that. Good luck!
