My 965 has developed a frustrating habit of draining it's battery from circa 85% to 0% in a matter of minutes. It happens at various times of the day, from various battery %'s and is not linked to any specific activity.
Garmin initially said it was a known issue and that getting on to the Beta programme would fix it. I did that and the issue not happens more frequently.
Garmin then said they needed to have access to my devise to review the logs. Following that the watch has randomly discharged twice in 7 days. However they say the logs look totally fine and they don't think there's an issue. I gave them a 1 hour window when the battery totally discharged today so they could check the logs however they said their logs are not time stamped so they can't see this specific time but generally the logs look OK. They flipped it round and said that the watch is recording 1100 gestures over two days and that must be the cause of the issue. There's no way i look at my watch that much.
I'm currently doing a factory re-set.
Anyone else had this issue or can suggest anything.
