i'm using forerunner 965 to control my indoor cycling trainer with ERG mode only.
I tried to create workouts in Garmin Connect and tried to export from external source (intervals.icu). I want to design workout in the following ways:
1) "keep my HR below NNN pushing at hard as possible". That means that I must ride my intervals at for example 150bpm and since the time my power might slowly going down in order to maintain the same HR.
when I use intervals designed in that way my heart could easily go above 150 since I will push way more watts that required
2) same as above but power should be in some range.
in that case my watches will force trainer to keep the average watts per my zone settings absolutely ignoring my HR settings.
Question: how I can properly designed intervals for both cases?
