I have just received an email from [email protected] with subject "We’ve Updated Our Terms of Use"
I don't accept your new "terms of use" because:
1) They are in German, a language I don't understand. I live in Switzerland. Switzerland has 4 national languages, and I very well tolerate English as a "lingua franca"... Why German?
2) Because I have better things to do than keep up with your need to change contractual terms after the purchase of my product.
3) Bothering your customers with messages from "notification-only address that cannot accept incoming email" is offensive, so consider that also my email address won't accept messages from you.
