Can I disable all sound alerts in a specific activity?

I copied the built-in walk activity (let's call it Silent) and I'd like Silent to be silent, meaning no sound when I start, stop it. I managed to turn off the lap alerts in the settings, but not the rest of the sounds. Ideally I am looking for a solution to make only the Silent activity silent, but not the others, but if that's not possible I would be interested to hear about a workaround that turns the sound off for every activity.

No, sound can only be set for all activities at once. Same for AOD, it's on for all activities or off for all activities (because gestures work so poorly I would like to set OAD for my interval training, but not for long runs, bike rides or hikes.

But touchscreen you can configure per activity.

I don't know who is responsible for bad design at garmin but he's doing a great job.
