I’ve had a chance to do some troubleshooting. I think the HR bug may be a conflict between two processes attempting to access HR sensor data.
If you launch an activity or use broadcast heart rate, you’ll get extremely erratic measurements. In my case it won’t even latch on to a HR.
However, if you go into glance, then find HR, and give it 20 seconds, it’ll take a perfect reading.
