Is the beta forum closed now or are there some error?

I'm currently not able to reply or start new threads in there...

18.22 is now rolling out as production (non beta), so I guess they closed the beta forum

That also means all reported bugs that are not fixed yet (which is most of them) are going to be ignored by garmin.

The Bug Reports are "read view" only when there is no longer an active beta. Any new posts will need to be made in the main FR section since the live update is now rolling out.

is there a public forum for bugs of live/prod/release versions? Not this user forum that is hardly monitored by Garmin.It would make sense. People would be able to see if the problem they have was already reported and if Garmin already responded. If not they can report. Currently we don't know if others have the same problem, nor if others found a workaround.

This user forum is the only section when there is not a current beta. We do monitor threads as best we can, but ask that if you do have an issue, that you report it to a Product Support agent directly. That is the quickest and most efficient way for a bug to be officially reported.
