Garmin 965 screen does not display.

The screen for Garmin Forerunner 965 has no display the watch vibrates for the calls / messages .It also has a green light below the watch face - However it has no display .

    Try entering the emergency mode (hold the power button for like 10s, if you have it configured), or connect the watch to a computer with a cable. This used to revive the screen when it was the problem in the past.

    Hello, I have the same problem for 4 days

As soon as I turn it off and on again, I have to connect it to my computer, to be able to access my watch settings and features.
    I've already tried to reset it and still the same problem.
