Software update - on version 13.00

I see software version 17.26 is available, however my watch reports that it is on version. 13.00. I have automatic updates on and can't see anywhere else to update. I am UK based if that makes a difference. Any idea how I can update? Thanks!

Ensure watch is connected to WiFi, go to "System" -> "Software Update" -> "Check for Update".

Connected to WiFi, under that option I only have "auto update" (on/off)

Do what I suggested on your watch, not Garmin Connect which only have the "auto update" version.

I did. Also restarted watch to see if that would correct with no change.

You can also connect it to a computer and update via the app but I am pretty sure the 965 never had a version 13.00. I believe versions went from 4.19 to 17.26. Are you sure you are looking at the correct device?
