multiple shoe pairs

Hi,

Does Garmin allows to select shoe pair after activity from a watch ? ( seems like obvious feature if you have multiple shoes). I can't find a way to do it ....

What are best methods for tracking multiple shoes ?  Selecting directly after workout would be the best option...

  • I do that on the app after each run.
I have my shoes in Strava as well as GC and allocate them after event in both platforms.

  • Does Garmin allows to select shoe pair after activity from a watch ?

From the watch it is not possible, but as already mentioned earlier, it can be done in the Garmin Connect mobile app or on the Garmin Connect website.

  • It's a pity because, I'm not always checking my activities on the phone so once done i "run" to the office :D and don't have to to check the activities on the phone/web. Thank you all for the answers!.

I hope Garmin add it that possibility one day.

  • It's a good idea! They really should add gear selection at the end of the activity, similar to how it asks how I felt it should ask which gear I used (but only if there are more than one possible gears, though this would be the most user friendly if it new gear categories and doesn't ask me if I ran in my one running shoe or on my bike)

  • Exactly, For past 3 years i was running with one active pair that was added by default to all running activities and somehow I always imagined that if i have 2 pair ( when i disable the auto-add checkbox in gear list)  it will ask me which shoe i run with... I seems natural.
