Trying to make sense out of the data provided by my FR965, I struggle with intrepreting the so called "load focus". Isn't it obvious that no such normative recommendation can be made without knowing/assuming what the particular athelete is training for, i.e. his/her training goals. Just take a 400m sprinter vs. marathon runner, can anyone recommend "load focus" without knowing/asking for this information? I assume that load focus would change if I could stipulate that I want to improve my 400m sprinting time vs. my Marathon PR, isn't? Or is that somehow taken into account? Thanks
