Brand new Forerunner 965. Connects to wi-fi initially, but then will not connect when trying to transfer spotify music to it. Sometimes tries connecting then says transfer failed. Other times, connects but stays at 0% downloaded and then after about a minute says transfer failed. Even a third situation happens when connecting, where error 0300 comes up.
Have tried everything on the forums and FAQs with no luck. What I have tried includes, reinstalling spotify, forgetting and reconnecting to wifi, ensuring all apps (connect, iq store, spotify, watch, express) are up to date. Have tried installing spotify and connecting to wifi thru express and connect, connected to power and not.
Really iritated with this issue. Please help.
