Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding HRV gaps. We are still investigating reports, but have still determined that the gaps are due to restricted blood flow. In case you missed my comment…

Garmine díky za tvůj postoj a vysvětlení, že chyba je u uživatelů a v zařízení jsem ovšem rád že VST umí měřit i jiné třeba COROS a tomu evidentně podle záznamu nevadí že jako uživatel neumím spát takže garmine sbohem zájem nosit zařízení která nefunguje správně a ještě lžete a svalujete chybu na uživatele že špatně nosí zařízení ♀️♀️♀️
Garmin-Sierra, the post you quote mentions "quality requirement" for HRV and how not meeting that could cause gaps. I understand that, but is the quality assessment working correctly? On the other hand, me and others experience a series of nights with very little HRV data, when we sleep normally. At the same time, for the last week I've experienced unrealistically high HRV reading spikes because the quality algorithm fails to realize that if I'm walking around, I'm probably not sleeping and HRV from that period should not be included in the average. And that had caused my HRV to become unbalanced, even though my actual sleep HRV had been normal.
I keep seeing posts in this forum in reddit with people suddenly complaining about that.
What kind of engineers are working in Garmin? How could it be so obvious that this is software issue and they cannot confirm it? Will they just ignore this and keep going as if nothing is happening? HRV is quite a strong measure for my recovery, which is one of the reason I bought this watch.

After five days of discontinued graphs I reset the watch and now I have good graphics, so must've been a software issue
Garmin-Sierra so after a few weeks without any problems, we're back at it!
Nothing changed in the way I sleep, the way I lie in my bed, etc. So PLEASE, continue investigating this.
Additionally, when I had contact with customer support some months ago, they told me that a software fix was already found. So why do you tell that it's not software related?

Hello! This isn’t going to be fixed. Garmin-Sierra
already explained the lie that the engineers told him. So, basically it’s a software issue which Garmin has no clue how to fix it
